Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the exact beans as displayed. However, since coffee beans are a natural product, slight variations in color, size, or roast shade may occur, but the quality and flavor remain the same.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your receipt will be sent to your email after purchase. You can also log into your account and view or download your invoice under the “My Orders” section.

How can I return an item?

We accept returns only for unopened packages within 7 days of delivery. Since coffee is a perishable product, opened or used bags cannot be returned. If there’s an issue with your order (wrong product or damaged package), please contact us immediately.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes! Popular coffee beans are restocked frequently. You can subscribe to back-in-stock notifications on the product page, and we’ll alert you when it’s available again.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship across Australia(or your region – adjust as needed) and to select international destinations. Shipping costs and availability will be shown during checkout after entering your address.
